Whoops
Hey agaian everyone, sorry i have been useless again at keeping everyone up to date.
since i last posted i ahve done central america and the inka trail and seen machu picchu. the tour throguh central america was amazing, had a really good time. made 5 norwegian friends and will hopefully go and visit them sometime next year if i have enough money too… lol. i did rapelling (down canyons) white water rafting and zip lining and also did another dive in honduras as i figured i cant do the dive certification and then not sue it. and i actually really enjoyed it.
i finished the inka trail yesturday and it was pretty hard. i thought i would be the one trailing behind at the back but most of the time i was somewhere in the middle or towards the front whcih was good. the second sday thoguh we had to get to the highest point called dead womans pass and that was hard. i hurt my kness on the way up which made the way down again even harder. one of the ladies had to be carried down by the porters coz the altitude was getting to her. the porters are amazing. they run the whole thing pretty much, up and down. but yer, i ended up being the second of the group to reach the highest point yay. i was proud of that. and then when we finally reached machu picchua it was such a relief, but i felt so tired i couldnt be bothered to look found really. however, i forced myself to as otherwise the walk would have been for nothing.
tomorrow i am off to the jungle and am really not sure what to expect. it is just me and a sweedish couple going apparently which should be interesting. but then i figured, if there is just the 3 then who i gonna get rid of the creepy crawlies from my room. need mark back to do that i think…
and then on friday i am flying to sao paulo brazil to then get a bus to rio…supposedly for some sun before i return home. but at the moment it is raining. so i dunno what to do. i guess i will have to stick it out in rio with the rain, maybe go to the falls at iguacu. but if i change flight home then there would not be much point in me going to brazil. and if i change flight to another destination i will then be wasting money on one of the flights. and if i stay i will be wasting money on accommodation or more excusrions. so im not sure what the plan is yet. but please keep fingers crossed for the sun coz that would make things so much simpler for me and i would be much happier returnign home slightly browner.
well now im gonna go check out some churches in cusco. hopefully get a ahcne to update again soon. let me know any idea about rio etc. all welcome. lol. help me!!

It was a lovely day sunshine all day. No rain Here!!!!!
Fran looked beautiful she had a lovely summer garden reception at her mums house
I met your Dad. Although we say you look like your mum, Bev and i also think you resemble your dad. Hello Jo and Ian!!! ( i know you will read this!! ) Well my woman what about you being the second to reach the highest point on the Inka trial!!!!! Well done you!! The next fancy dress you could go as Wonder Woman!!!!
Well i think you should fly to Brazil then go on to Rio the sun might be shining on you by then. But whatever you do you will be browner than us as we have not had lovely sunny weather for weeks. (apart from yesterday ). By the time you read this you will be back from the jungle, where did you stay? were you in tents? how did you get on with the WILDLIFE!!!!? Oh by the way what is Zip lining ( it can’t be anything to do with getting your Zip caught in the lining!!)lol.
Keep enjoying yourself Smiley Face
Love lots Angie xxxxxxx
Hi babe, well you got there and you made it to the top, second fastest, fantastic. You knew there was some sense in Mark taking you up that mole hill in the Lakes!!
Well despite what Angie says I got quite a tan yesterday in Fran’s folks back garden . . . but then Angie was dashing about the place doing a sterling job with the food and drinks so no time to sun bath!!?? Fun was had by all I think, pity you had to miss it.
By the way Angie, Zip Lining is traveling thru the air hanging on to a wire (or rope?) strung between two locations – but you’ll see that when Jo shows you Kerri’s postcard complete with illustartions.
Anyway I’ve done your Hindi scanning and I’ll mail u seperatley with that. I do hope you got some pics of Machu Pitchu and that you enjoy the Amazon – don’t forget they’re not goldfish in the amazon they’re viscious pirana!!?lol
Right, I’m off to sort your other mail out . . . with the scan attached. Not that many weeks to go and we’ll be very happy to see you home again. Lots of love. Dad. xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Small and tanned and young and lovely,
the girl from Ipanema goes walking and
when she passes each one she passes goes

Decision made really! love Dad. xxxxxxxx

Posted 1 year, 5 months agoHi sweetheart
You really are the seasoned traveller now, ain’t you. So looking forward to having you home now though.
Glad that things in Sao Paulo are looking up. I guess football is probably the most important thing to a Brazilian. Hope the girls you met are nice. Will you not go to Iguaci Falls from there?
The sun has finally come out today, but the rain last week had been torrential. We are ready for our holiday now. Linny has gone to Spain for a week with her family (10 of them) so will be quite at work.
So what did you think of being offered your old job back? We went to the World’s End for lunch today Mike says Esme can have her old job back if she wants it. Are they back yet? I was gonna text her but the number I have for her seems to contain an asterisk which obviously ain’t right.
I’d better go & enjoy the sun whilst it’s out.
Love Mum xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
